The Prosthetic and Orthotic field is experiencing a revolution where manufacturing is being digitized. 3D scanning, CAD software, machine learning, automation software, apps, the internet, new materials and Additive Manufacturing are all impactful in and of themselves.  These developments are now, in concert, collectively reshaping orthotics and prosthetics right now. We want to be on the cutting edge of these developments and understand them as they happen. We’ve decided to do a podcast to learn, understand and explore the revolution in prosthetics and orthotics. 

Brent Wright

Brent is a Certified Orthotist and Prosthetist (CP BOC/O) at EastPoint Prosthetics and Orthotics with over two decades of experience in the field starting out as a technician and becoming a clinician. He’s also a co-founder of the non-profit charity LifeNabled which helps deliver modern prostheses to those who can not afford them. 

Joris Peels

Joris is a 3D Printing consultant with over 14 years experience in Additive. He gives strategic advice to many of the leading companies in 3D printing with SmarTech and writes for 3DPrint.com.
